USF offers group fitness classes in a number locations. You can choose from the Campus Recreation Center and WELL Fitness Center as well as private studios. To book a class online, please access your USF Net ID. Cancellations must be made at least 15 min before the advertised start to allow for standby participants to sign up. A $5 cancellation fee will apply to your student account.

Campus Recreation Center

Campus Recreation offers a range of group fitness classes. There is a class to suit everyone, whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete. These classes are challenging, fun, and non-competitive and are taught only by certified instructors. They are also open to everyone on campus. Here are a few of the best ones:

Registering for Spinning or FloatFitHIIT classes requires advanced registration. Otherwise, you can sign up and pay at the door the day of the class. You can also download Campus Recreation's app and register up until 48 hours prior to the class. Campus Recreation will send you an email confirmation after you have registered.

WELL Fitness Center

The WELL Fitness Center at USF is home to group fitness classes and state-of-the-art fitness equipment. This fully-equipped facility has showers and locker rooms.
